Koenigsegg Agera R Handling Demo

Written by Paul Strauss | December 4, 2013

If there’s one thing that most supercars and hypercars have in common is that they require a highly-skilled driver behind the wheel to handle their brute force – especially when steering at high speeds. While technology has definitely been used to improve traction control and handling in many modern vehicles, we wouldn’t want to suddenly jerk the wheel on most of these high-end rides at high speeds. Not so with the Bugatti-beating Koenigsegg Agera R, which demonstrates its extraordinary high-tech handling prowess in this video clip captured by SuperSpeeders.

We can’t decide which is more insane – slamming the brakes from 186-to-0 mph without your hands on the wheel, or the quick obstacle avoidance steers without so much as a wag of its tail end.

While SuperSpeeders fully admit they haven’t actually tried the same with a Bugatti Veyron, we certainly don’t think it would be wise.
