When the roads are covered with snow and ice, do your thoughts turn to “time to get my $200,000 Bentley out of the garage and go for a spin?” If so, then the Bentley “Power on Ice” winter driving experience is for you. Held in Northern Finland at the edge of the Arctic Circle, the two-day driving program teaches Bentley owners the finer points of driving and controlling their vehicles during the worst winter conditions.

The training takes place on frozen lakes that have been prepared by Bentley Ice Speed record holder and world rally Champion Juha Kankkunen. Sit behind the wheel of a the Bentley Flying Spur or one of an array of Bentley Continental GT coupes (powered by the company’s 6.0 litre W12 and 4.0 litre V8 engines) as you powerslide around the frozen lakes.

Attendees will also have the chance to participate in a sled dog ride across the frozen earth as well as partake in a snowmobiling expedition. Of course, you’ll also be sleeping and dining in luxury at the boutique Hotel Ruka Peak. And you don’t even need to own a Bentley or have even rode in one to participate. The 2014 classes will take place from February 6 – March 6, so sign up soon.
