Audi Introduces RS4 Avant Nogaro Special Edition

The Audi RS4 Avant has always been one of the best wagons (as we call them in the U.S.) on the road. And, although Audi no longer brings the RS line of Avants to the United States, they are still sold throughout Europe and remain very popular. For 2014, Audi has announced a special edition of the RS4 Avant:  the Audi RS 4 Avant Nogaro.

The Avant Nogaro is Audi’s homage to the first member of the RS family, the Audi Avant RS2 which was first produced 20 years ago. The Nogaro shares the standard RS4’s 450 horsepower V8 engine and seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. But the special edition Nogaro comes in the same shade of blue as the original RS2. It also has special split five-spoke, 20-inch wheels with a gloss-turned finish and red-painted brake calipers with the RS logo. Inside, buyers can choose from either black or Nogaro blue Alcantara seat backs and door inserts.
