2016 DC Design Tia
Automotive design firm DC Design unveiled a new car for the Indian market at the 2014 Delhi Auto Expo: the diminutive-yet-sporty Tia. Intended as a daily commuter for around town, the Tia will go on sale in India beginning in 2016. At a length of just over 100 inches, the two-seater open top roadster has a mid-engine 1.2 liter turbocharged power plant delivering 120 horsepower. The car has a 0-to-100 kmh (62 mph) time of 9 seconds and a top speed of 100 mph.
It certainly looks interesting, but we’re wondering why the tires seem to be half the height of the vehicle. Plus, the open top makes it look like an oversize baby stroller.
