What It’s Like to Own a Tesla Model S

(NSFW: Language) The Oatmeal put together this amusing cartoon depicting life with a Tesla Model S, a car we love and always enjoy when we get to sit behind the wheel. The graphic was put together by a cartoonist who has owned a Model S for about seven months and driven over 4,000 miles.

Although it’s done in cartoon form, it’s a serious look at the reality of driving an all-electric car with a bunch of humor thrown in. From charging the Model S and the range to the fact that it runs on a motor designed by Nikola Tesla in the 1880s. He even discusses the reports of fires in Model Ss in the grand scheme of the dangers of driving cars.

The author’s biggest complaint is that “Model S” is simply too boring for what it is. He suggests a better name might be “Intergalactic SpaceBoot of Light and Wonder” (good luck fitting that on the badge), among other (NSFW) suggestions.
