First BMW M4 Drifts Its Way Into the M Family

With the help of a bunch of BMW M-series enthusiasts, the automaker gathered five generations of M sports coupes to meet their newest sibling: the all-new BMW M4.

Although the new M4 caused a bit of consternation with long-time fans of its M-series brethren by dropping the legendary V8 engine, we think the new coupe’s turbocharged 3.0-liter inline 6-cylinder, with 420 horsepower under the pedal, seen drifting through 37 BMW M cars, will surely earn its rightful place in the pack.
