James Bond’s Aston Martin DB10 Hooned About

Aston Martin and 007 have a long history together, though typically the Astons in Bond films are production cars. For the new film Spectre, Aston Martin built a handful of special DB10 cars, some of which are equipped with roll cages for stunt work.

Other than a few stills and a few fleeting shots in the trailers, we haven’t seen much of the DB10 so far. That has changed with Aston offering up a video showing off the DB10 as it burns some rubber, and it looks awesome. All of the DB10 cars pack a 4.7L V8 under the hood right out of the V8 Vantage. They should have gone with the V12 though, nothing sounds better. If you look closely, it sure seems as if this DB10 has a clutch pedal and a handbrake, so it’s got a manual gearbox too. Good job, Aston.

This is one video you will want to take the time to watch.
