Toyota Kikai Concept is Strangely Awesome

I’ve seen some pics of the Toyota Kikai Concept here and there and I haven’t given it much thought. It’s a strange looking little car, but in this latest group of images, it looks strangely appealing too. The craftsmanship put into the prototype car is amazing, just look at that front suspension.
The car is equal parts Mad Max, Robots (the animated movie), and old school hot rod. Nothing like this would ever make it into production, but it may be the coolest thing Toyota has designed in many years.
