Cuban Cars and Scenery Steal Show from the Audi Q2

Audi decided to launch its new compact SUV the Q2 to journalists in the recently opened up Cuba. That’s good for fans of classic cars and architectural diversity, not so much for the (to my eyes) bland Q2. Amid the gorgeous, sculpted vintage vehicles, the Q2 looks boxy and uninspiring.

Indeed, I found myself looking at everything but the new Audi as it cruised amid classic mid-twentieth-century autos, bizarre tri-wheel taxis, and historical edifices along Cuba’s highways and byways. The Q2 gets a loving look midway through this brief video from YouCar, but it’s the automotive “extras,” beautiful old buildings, and funky Cuban music that steals the show.
