Lotus Shares Video of 3-Eleven Tearing up the Ring

We all know that Lotus is of the strong opinion that “light is right,” and I agree. The British sportscar maker has shared some new video from onboard cameras showing their lightweight track beast, the 3-Eleven as it rips through the Nürburgring at breakneck speeds.

The 1962 lb, 460 hp car sounds absolutely bonkers as its driver is seen positively eating up the corners (and Porsche drivers.) That GT3 RS didn’t stand a chance. This must have been a Porsche day at the track, there were everywhere.

The 3-eleven is meant to destroy the track and does a great job of just that. I only wish that Lotus would share the entire lap video, not just little one minute snippets. I’d like to enjoy the entire lap of the monstrous Green Hell.
