2018 F-150 Redesign Looks Ford Tough

Ford redesigned the look of its F-150 truck for 2018, and this is a big deal for the automaker. The F-Series is the best-selling vehicle in the entire country, and a misstep with the design could cost Ford big. With that in mind, the changes to the new F-150 are more evolutionary than revolutionary, and the new truck looks great.

The redesign includes a bold new horizontal grille design, a more muscular hood and fenders, new C-clamp-inspired headlights. The front windows have a step-down design for increased visibility. The XL, XLT, and Lariat models also get the F-150 Logo stamped into the tailgate.

Ford put together this handy infographic which sums up all of the major changes (click to enlarge):

As previously revealed, the new F-150 will also offer new, more powerful engines, and you can check out all of those specs in our original reveal story.
