Mercedes-Benz CLA: Cat

Mercedes-Benz has been doing its best to be a little more accessible and humorous in its advertising campaigns these days, as is evidenced by its popular dancing chickens spot for Magic Body Control that ran last year. Now the company is back with another funny commercial that involves an animal – a cat.

We won’t give away too much of the commercial, but it involves using the little kitty to demonstrate the CLA’s slippery aerodynamics, and its impressive drag coefficient of 0.22 cD on its CLA 180 BlueEFFICIENCY Edition.

Perhaps car companies will abandon smoke in wind tunnels in favor of cats going forward.
