Lamborghini Huracán LP 610-4 Blows into Geneva

Written by Kenny Hoeschen | March 4, 2014

After teasing us with lots of renderings and viral videos, Lamborghini has officially lifted the veil off an actual Huracán LP 610-4 at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show. Lamborghini’s President and CEO, Stephan Winkelmann, had the honor of introducing the car named after a famous, undefeated fighting bull.

The car reflects classic Lamborghini design and is immediately recognizable but at the same time it is revolutionary. The chassis is made from carbon and aluminum and lighter and stiffer than that of the Gallardo. It packs a brand new 5.2-liter V10 power plant with 610hp, and 413 lb-ft. of torque. This is also the first Lamborghini to include a dual-clutch transmission. The car is meant to be easy to drive on the road and fast on the track.

The automaker has already received more than 1,000 orders for the Huracán LP 610-4 .
