A 1995 Ferrari F1 Car Sounds off at Monza

While there’s certainly lots of heated debate about the new, quieter engines of this year’s Formula 1 race cars, there’s no debate that they used to sound incredible. In this video clip by Italian gearhead 19Bozzy92, he captured the beautiful noise of a 1995 Ferrari 412 T2 as it buzzed around the circuit at Monza. Of course, with a powerful 3.0-liter V12 engine pushing it along, it’s no wonder it makes such a racket.

With 2014’s F1 cars having only a 1.6-liter turbo V6, you could actually put two of today’s engines in this car.
