The 1963 Corvette C2 Stingray is one of the most iconic cars of all time. In this video from Jay Leno’s Garage, he gives us a complete tour of this beautiful classic car. Powered by a 327cc, fuel-injected, 360 horsepower V8 engine, and highlighted by its unusual split rear window, the ’63 ‘Vette was truly a special ride. Many other items on the ’63 model were unique, like the crazy 14-piece hubcaps. Despite the car’s prototype-like build, Chevy did manage to produce about 21,000 of the cars, then making numerous changes in 1964 to make them earlier to build.

What we love about Leno’s perspective on classic cars is his insistence on restoring them to as close to stock as possible, down to even the hoses and screws that hold parts in place.
