BMW Hoons an M4 on the Deck of an Aircraft Carrier

Written by Kenny Hoeschen | July 7, 2014

BMW’s new M4 sports coupe continues BMW’s M series reputation for building some of the best performance cars anywhere. And even with BMW’s somewhat controversial move from the classic V8 of the M3 (and now M4) series, the 2015 M4 coupe can hold its own easily against the best in the class. But when you’ve already drifted the new cars around the track, where do you take it next to test its limits? BMW decided to try the deck of an aircraft carrier on the high seas, drifting through the corners in the 431 horsepower rear-wheel drive car and coming precariously close to ending up at the bottom of the ocean.

No doubt the track has been placed on the deck of the carrier with the help of some fancy CGI effects, but the video is still fun to watch.
