Guy Builds a Morgan 3-Wheeler from a Motorcycle

The Morgan 3-Wheeler is a pretty astounding machine, even if it does come with just three wheels. But with a base price of $45,000, it may not be the most practical way to spend your money.

As it turns out, an enterprising California resident decided to build his own Morgan, beginning with 1980 Honda GL1100I Interstate Tourer motorcycle. He first pulled the engine out of the bike along with the rear suspension, lights, horns, and gauges, then went on to custom-build a front chassis and an awesome curved back-end around the motorcycle’s tail. We think the result speaks for itself, it looks really nice and we’d love to take it for a spin ourselves.

You can read the entire build story on the510realm forum.

Check out the in-car driving vehicle below; it seems to run great and looks like a lot of fun to drive.
