BMW Z4 SDrive 20i GT Spirit: Just 60 Being Made

BMW is bringing another special edition vehicle that’s exclusive to the Japanese market with the Z4 sDrive 20i GT. The coupe is painted in a stunning Alpine White finish with blue and red striping that is done as a tribute to the Z4 GT3 racer’s 1-2 finish in the opening race of the 2014 Super GT series.

Just 60 of the Z4 sDrive 20i GTs wll be build, all bound for Japan. Under the hood, the car will have the base model’s 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 181hp and mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox. Together, the package will deliver a 0-to-100 km/h (62 mph) time of 6.9 seconds.

In addition to the special livery, the car comes with the M Sport package, including 19-inch wheels and a black BMW kidney grille, and an interior package that includes a combination of Alcantara and leather with orange stripes and contrast stitching. The footpedals are also done with aluminum with dashboard details to match, reflecting the car’s racer styling.

Pricing for the car will start at ¥ 6,090,000 (~$59,400 USD).
