40 Years of Porsche Sport Driving School

Porsche looks back at 40 years of offering the Porsche Sport Driving School to Porsche drivers and others who want to improve their driving skills and learn safe driving. With a long history of teaching drivers how to enjoy and maximize the performance of some of the world’s greatest sports cars, the driving school began with the introduction of the first 911 Turbo in 1974. Since then, Porsche has expanded to program around the world and now includes off-road driving courses for its new lines of SUVs (who would’ve foreseen that back in 1974?) and winter driving classes also.

If you’d like to join Porsche in celebrating 40 years of the Porsche Sport Driving School, you can participate in a 40 Years Anniversary Drive event through Germany and the Nürburgring.
