Mazda Releases 2016 Mazda MX-5 Pricing

At the beginning of the month, we had a single price revealed by Mazda to give us an idea where the all-new MX-5 would fall price wise. That starting price was $24,915(USD). We know there are several variants of the car, and naturally, we wanted to know where the other prices would start.

Mazda has now released all the pricing details. The base sport trim is $24,915 plus $820 destination. The automatic option will add $1075 more to all trim levels. The car that track day hounds and enthusiasts will want is the Club, which will start at $28,600. It comes with 17-inch wheels, a body kit, 7-inch touchscreen infotainment, and Bilstein dampers.

Drop another $3,400 and you can get the Brembo front brakes, side sill extensions, rear bumper skirts, and 17-inch BBS wheels. The Grand Touring starts at $30,065. The Launch Edition will be limited to 1,000 units and starts at $30,495. The new Miata will hit dealerships this summer.
