How to Ruin a Lamborghini

Written by John Thomas | May 26, 2015

When you buy a Lamborghini, you are basically purchasing something that you want to scream “LOOK AT ME!!!” with all its might as you tool around town making everyone who sees you feel insufficient and inadequate.

But for some car owners in Japan who are a part of the Bosozoku movement, the over the top nature of something like a new regular Lambo just ain’t enough. Bosozoku members want to take their rides to an entirely new level and make something almost otherworldly. I had never heard of these crazy car customization enthusiasts until I saw an example of how one of them took a Lamborghini and went to town on it like nothing I had ever witnessed before.

There is a video of the unique ride online that lovingly pans along the car’s surface showing just how much stuff was added. It has a mirrored leopard print body scheme, red wheels, red pin striping, a giant rear wing and sharp rivets welded all along the seams. But the most insane element doesn’t show up until the end of the video – enormous chrome tail pipes that jut out and up, reaching a height of at least five feet. For the sake of the person who owns it, all I can say is that I hope this mega-ride has a backup camera.
