GMC has announced that the Elevation Edition is returning to the GMC Sierra line of trucks for 2016. The truck gets revised front-end styling with new HID headlights and GMC Signature LED lighting. The Elevation Edition is built on the double cab version of the truck and has a manly monotone color scheme.

The truck includes body color side moldings, door handles, mirror caps, bumpers, and grille surround. The wheels are black painted aluminum and measure 20-inches. Inside, the truck gets an infotainment system with six speakers, a 7-inch screen, and support for CarPlay and Android Auto.

OnStar 4G LTE service is integrated along with a WiFi hotspot. All Elevation Edition trucks get keyless entry, remote locking tailgate, heated power mirrors, 110V AC outlet, black recovery hooks, and more. A 4.3L V6 is standard with a 5.3L V8 optional. Buyers can get the truck in 2WD or 4WD versions.
