Inside the Porsche Mission E

We’ve seen the exterior of Porsche’s Mission E electric concept car, and just a glimpse at its interior. Thanks to this new video from Porsche, we get a much better look at the interior of this high-tech ride from the not-too-distant future.

What I love about the inside of the car is that it’s not trying too hard to look futuristic, instead focusing on clean design and utility. Digital displays provide useful information to both the driver and front seat passenger, and they’ve been sculpted to fit into the dashboard and center console instead of sticking purely with the rectangular screens we see in most cars today.

Plus, each of its four occupants gets their own sculpted bucket seat for comfort and support as the Mission E powers its way through the world with 600 horsepower.

Everything we’ve seen so far from the Mission E looks like a car that could go into production very soon, rather than being a distant vision of the future. Here’s hoping they actually move forward with it.
