Used Ferrari LaFerrari Demands $4.7 million

The Ferrari LaFerrari will definitely go down in the supercar annals as having one of the worst names that Ferrari has ever chosen. Regardless of its name, the hybrid hypercar is incredibly impressive, making 789 hp and 516 lb-ft. of torque from the V12 alone. Couple that with the electric motors and you get 950 hp total.

When brand new – assuming you were lucky enough to be ALLOWED to buy one of the 499 examples – each LaFerrari sold for about $1.42 million. A few used LaFerrari cars have come up and the latest may well be the most expensive ever, if it sells. This pristine example turned up at Florida’s Fort Lauderdale Collection South, and has only 388 miles on it.

The seller is looking to pocket a whopping $4.7 million. That is more than $3 million over the purchase price. Presumably, part of the difficulty in buying one of these was a way for Ferrari to control the buying and flipping of these cars for huge profits just as this owner is attempting. Oh well. That didn’t work.
