One of only 44 ever built, and the sole model in the UK, this Nissan GT-R Nismo 400R is automotive, and video game, royalty. To celebrate the appearance of the Skyline at LeMans in 1995 and 1996, Nismo built a track-focused beast—one of the cars available in the first-ever Gran Turismo – with nearly 400 hp, a carbon fiber wing, hood, and drive shaft.

While a modern-day GT-R will own this throwback Nismo on a track, the 400R doesn’t rely on state-of-the-art computer systems to keep it in line – it’s a true driver’s dream. It just may be the pinnacle of cool of the Skyline line, which bowed in 1955 and is still in use today in Japan.
