Subaru WRX STI Type RA and BRZ tS Prices Announced

If you were hoping that the Subaru WRX STI Type RA might be a moderately-priced performance car like the normal WRX, you were mistaken. Subaru has announced the price for the WRX STI Type RA and the car starts at $48,995 plus $860 for destination and delivery.
The limited-edition model does get some nice standard parts like a carbon fiber roof. There’s a fixed carbon fiber pedestal wing, along with lightweight BBS 19-inch forged alloy wheels, and the spare tire has been ditched for weight savings. The car has an upgraded 310 hp 2.5L turbo boxer engine and a 6-speed manual transmission. It also gets a special suspension and a modified VDC.
Subaru has also priced the much more affordable BRZ tS, with that car starting at $33,495 plus and $860 destination and delivery charge. The car gets special STI tuned suspension, 18-inch wheels, and Michelin Pilot Sport tires along with Brembo brakes.
