The New 2021 Nissan Rogue Looks Great

For Nissan, few vehicles in its range are more important to it than the Rogue, which is its best-selling vehicle in the U.S. The 2021 Nissan Rogue features an all-new design, and looks as if it will be a strong competitor in the crossover marketplace.

The crossover appears somewhat boxier on the outside than past models, but looks nice. Significant improvements have been made to the interior with quilted leather seating in the new Platinum trim and a beautiful two-tone beige and gray available interior. Nissan also says the new Rogue comes with the most standard safety technology in its class, including the Nissan Safety Shield 360 system.

That system features Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Blind Spot Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Lane Departure Warning, High Beam Assist and Rear Automatic Braking. All 2021 Rogue models come with ten standard supplemental airbags and extended crumple zones for more crash safety. Nissan has also baked in Intelligent Driver Alertness technology and Rear Door Alert as standard equipment on all trims. The available ProPilot Assist system also integrates Blind Spot Intervention and Traffic Sign Recognition, along with Intelligent Cruise Control.

The 2021 Rogue can be outfitted with a full-color heads-up display, a 12.3-in Digital Dashboard gauge cluster, and a floating 9.0-inch touchscreen display on some models. The heads-up display is a first for the Rogue and is intended to reduce driver workload and allow the driver to keep their eyes on the road. On lower grade models, a 7.0-in center display replaces the previous generation 5.0-inch display. The all-new Rogue will go on sale at dealers nationwide this fall, including a new Platinum grade. The Rogue crossover is the first of five new or redesigned Nissan models entering production in the next year.
