2021 Chrysler Pacifica Minivan is One Cool People Mover

When people need to move a large family, SUVs are all fine and good, but they aren’t always the most spacious or comfortable inside, and often the fuel economy leaves a lot to be desired. Some shoppers who don’t like SUVs still turn to minivans and one of the best and most popular is the Chrysler Pacifica, which has been revamped for 2021.

Chrysler will offer the Pacifica in both all-wheel-drive and plug-in hybrid versions for 2021. The all-wheel-drive system can send up to 100 percent of the torque to the rear wheels and activates when needed to improve stability and handling. The plug-in hybrid version can go 30 miles on electricity alone and qualifies for a $7500 federal tax credit.

For 2021, the minivan has been updated with a host of new standard features including many new safety technologies like pedestrian automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-path detection, rear park assist, adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning, and lane departure warning.

Pricing for the all-wheel-drive model starts at $38,040. The Pacifica Hybrid starts at $39,995. For 2021, Chrysler added a high-end Pacifica Pinnacle Hybrid model for $50,845, which comes with such appointments as Caramel Nappa leather seats with quilted bolsters, and a unique console that connects seamlessly into the dashboard, among other premium elements. Order banks are open now, and the 2021 Pacifica will hit showrooms in Q4 2020. A full list of trim levels and base prices can be found below:
