2021 Stage II Yenko Camaro Is a 1050 Horsepower Beast

Specialty Vehicle Engineering (SVE) has unveiled its custom Stage II Yenko Camaro for 2021. The vehicle is extremely limited edition, with only 50 units being made. SVE is only building the special car with a manual transmission, and each uses a custom supercharged 416 cubic inch V8 engine. The engine produces 1050 horsepower and 900 lb-ft. of torque.

Each engine uses a forged steel crankshaft and H-beam steel rods, forged aluminum pistons, and CNC ported hi-flow cylinder heads with ARP head and main studs. Its supercharger is a custom unit with a 10-rib belt drive system. SVE upgrades the fuel system and adds a larger throttle body and custom stainless steel headers with high-flow cats. Launch times and dragstrip times have yet to be offered, but with that much power on tap, the car is bound to be fast. The Stage II Yenko Camaro will only be offered through GM dealerships in the US and Canada, and pricing has yet to be announced.
