Refreshed 2021 Nissan Armada and Kicks Unveiled

Nissan has unveiled the updated 2021 Armada. The full-size SUV offers impressive horsepower and towing capacity. The SUV with its 5.6-liter V8 engine paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission. The engine makes 400 horsepower and allows the Armada to tow 8500 pounds. The new Armada is available with an automatic four-wheel-drive system that includes 4LO and 4HI modes.

For 2021, the vehicle gets badged with Nissan’s new logo and a new grille, hood, front fenders, and new front and rear bumpers. The vehicle is fitted with LED headlights and taillights and gets a simplified and redesigned center stack in the interior. Nissan will offer the 2021 Armada in SV, SL, and Platinum trims starting in January. The entry-level S grade will be available at a later date. Buyers will also be able to option the SL grade with the Midnight Edition Package.

Also updated for 2021 is the Nissan Kicks compact crossover. The vehicle has a new “Double V-motion” front grille, a new front bumper with LED headlights and LED fog lights and a new rear bumper with LED taillights. New wheel designs and three new exterior colors along with renewed two-tone paint schemes are available. Power for the Kicks comes from a 122 horsepower four-cylinder engine combined with an Xtronic CVT. The EPA rates the Kicks at 31 MPG city, 36 MPG highway, and 33 MPG combined.

The interior has an available eight-inch customizable touchscreen display with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, along with new seat materials and premium finishes. A new center console is available with an armrest, as well as a Bose Personal Plus audio system. The 2021 Kicks hits dealerships in February and will be offered in S, SV, and SR grades.
