Ram Wraps Up Its “Built to Serve” Limited-Edition Pickup Series

Ram has announced the fifth and final installation in its military-themed Built to Serve limited-edition pickup line. The program has been running for a while now and was intended to build trucks to honor all five branches of the US Armed Forces. The fifth and final installment in the series is a pickup meant to celebrate Maritime forces.

The final installation will be the rarest of all five installments, with just 500 examples of the Ram 1500 trucks produced in a color called Spitfire and 750 made in Bright White. The vehicles will land in showrooms starting in Q2 of 2021 and will be available on any body style or powertrain package. Each Built to Serve edition has the 4×4 Off-Road Group along with other special features including 20-inch aluminum wheels with a unique Technical Gray finish and body-color wheel flares.

Other features include embroidered Velcro panels on the front and sides of the seat and front seatback panels covered in PALS/MOLLE webbing. The trucks have special instrument panel badges, optional lockable center console storage, deeply bolstered cloth and vinyl sport seats, black onyx chrome interior trim, and all-weather rubber slush mats like all other trucks in the series.
