Dodge Unlocks New Hellcat Redeye Widebody Jailbreak Customizations

Dodge has announced another new variant for the 2022 Charger and Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody. The Jailbreak models unlock color combinations and ordering restrictions allowing for new factory-delivered customization options. Dodge says the Jailbreak models are the next phase of this “Never Lift” campaign.

One change for the Jailbreak models is a new powertrain calibration that boosts the output of its supercharged V8 to 807 horsepower, inching it ever closer to the limited-run Dodge Demon.

Both the Challenger and Charger Jailbreak models offer choices across 20 different categories. There are seven options for seats, stripes, and wheels. Dodge offers six different brake caliper color options, five exterior badge finishes, and four options for the steering wheel, seatbelt color, and floor mats.

Some of the new content available on the Jailbreak models include Hammerhead Gray Laguna leather seats and floor mats along with seatbelts in Hammerhead, Sepia, and Demonic Red. Buyers also have multiple wheel options in different colors as well as different color badges.

For those wanting something a bit more put together, Dodge will offer preconfigured Jailbreak models, including schemes called “Old School” and “Brass Funky.” The Jailbreak models can be ordered directly from Dodge dealerships in late Q4 2021.
