Ford Bronco Everglades Is Ready for Muddy Adventures

During the 2022 Chicago Auto Show, Ford revealed a new special edition version of the Bronco called the Everglades. The Bronco Everglades has all the features of other high-end Bronco models, including the Sasquatch package, and adds a factory snorkel and a winch.

The snorkel runs up the passenger-side A-pillar and has a quick swap design that optimizes the vehicle’s dust, snow, and water performance, putting the engine air intake above any elements. Ford also moved the front and rear axle, transfer case, and transmission vents higher to improve the water fording capability to 36.4 inches.

The Bronco Everglades also has a heavy-duty modular front bumper fitted from the factory with a Warn ZEON 10-S winch equipped with a 100-foot-long synthetic line and a 10,000-pound capacity. The rugged SUV also has a protective safari bar, rock rails, and steel bash plates.

Other touches include a Carbonized Gray grille and Sasquatch Package 17-inch wheels in the same color fitted with 35-inch mud-terrain tires. The vehicle also comes with rock rails and molded-in-color hardtop, and a roof rack with crossbars. It comes in Eruption Green, Area 51, Shadow Black, or Cactus Gray paint, and a low-volume color called Desert Sand, shown here in the pictures.

Pricing starts at $53,000 plus the $1495 destination and delivery charge. Unfortunately, with the tight supply of Bronco models, if you’re not already a reservation holder, you can’t get one.
