Review: 2015 Audi A3 TDI Diesel Sedan

Review: 2015 Audi A3 TDI Diesel Sedan
The Audi A3 is a compact executive sedan that shares platform elements with the popular Volkswagen Golf, but with more upscale accoutrements and Audi’s arguably more appealing styling. It looks especially put together in brilliant red and sporting Audi’s black singleframe grille, aluminum-trimmed window openings, and riding on 18″ alloys.

Review: 2015 Dodge Charger R/T Road & Track

Review: 2015 Dodge Charger R/T Road & Track
If I had to pick a single word to describe the 2015 Dodge Charger R/T Road & Track, it would be “brash,” and I mean that in the best of ways. If I were permitted to use other words in my vocabulary starting with the letter “b,” I’d also call it “bold,” “beautiful,” and “brawny.” While the Charger has been back in the lineup for almost 10 years now, Dodge has been clear that they aren’t resting on their laurels, and has continued to improve and refine upon what was already a pretty damned solid car.

Review: 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0T AWD

Review: 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0T AWD
It’s been a really long time since I drove a Hyundai Santa Fe. I actually owned one back in the early 2000s when they first came out, and while I was lured in by its value, it wasn’t exactly powerful or well built.

Review: 2015 Mazda 3 i Touring

Review: 2015 Mazda 3 i Touring
The current generation Mazda 3 is a compact sedan that combines enjoyable driving dynamics, fuel efficiency and safety in a moderately priced package. Available in both 4-door sedan and 5-door hatchback variants, with either a 2.0-liter or 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine, the model I spent time with sits smack dab in the middle of the line.

Review: 2014-15 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Limited

Review: 2014-15 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Limited
The Toyota Highlander has long been one of the most popular mid-size SUVs on the market. Its most recent redesign was for the 2014 model year, and that’s the version I managed to spend some time with.

Review: 2015 Lexus ES 300h Hybrid

Review: 2015 Lexus ES 300h Hybrid
It’s not often that I drive a car that’s as well-rounded as the Lexus ES 300h. This mid-size car is spacious, comfortable, luxurious, and gets astonishingly good gas mileage. Outside, the ES 300h and it’s traditionally-engined ES 350 brother are stylish and sophisticated, though pretty conservative in their looks.

Review: 2015 Audi Q3 2.0T quattro

Review: 2015 Audi Q3 2.0T quattro
The Audi Q3 is a compact crossover that’s been in production for a few years overseas, but has just made its way to the U.S. and Canada. Despite its small footprint, it seats five, and it’s an ideal choice for small families and for first-time Audi buyers.

First Drive Review: 2015 Toyota Camry XSE V6

First Drive Review: 2015 Toyota Camry XSE V6
The Toyota Camry has long been one of the most popular cars made. Having sold over 10 million vehicles since it first launched, it would be easy for Toyota to rest on their laurels. However, just three years after the Camry’s last major redesign, they’ve launched a mid-cycle refresh which is so comprehensive that over 1,900 parts in the car have changed from the prior year’s model.

Review: 2014 Hyundai Veloster Turbo

Review: 2014 Hyundai Veloster Turbo
The Hyundai Veloster has been on the market for a few years now, but this is the first time I’ve been able to get behind the wheel of one. In particular, I spent a week getting to know a Veloster Turbo, complete with the beautiful matte grey paint job you see here.

First Drive: Lexus RC F and RC 350
Ever since the Lexus RC F was first shown off at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show, I’ve been dying to get behind the wheel of the sporty new coupe. So when Lexus invited me out to the track at New York’s Monticello Motor Club to test drive the entire RC line, I was totally stoked.

Review: 2015 Hyundai Genesis 3.8 AWD

Review: 2015 Hyundai Genesis 3.8 AWD
The 2015 Genesis sedan marks a major milestone for Hyundai, with a major redesign that launches the value-minded carmaker into the luxury automotive sector with great success. Unlike other cars (including past efforts by Hyundai) which just load up on premium features to call themselves “luxury”, the Genesis backs it up with performance, comfort, and excellent driving characteristics.

Review: 2014 Toyota Corolla S

Review: 2014 Lincoln MKZ AWD

Review: 2014 Lincoln MKZ AWD
The Lincoln MKZ is the luxury variant of the Ford Fusion. Given the fact that the Fusion is one of my favorite mid-size cars in recent years, Lincoln has a pretty solid head start with the MKZ.

Review: 2014 Scion FR-S
When the Scion FR-S first came on the scene a couple of years back, I had an opportunity to drive one through the Hollywood Hills for an afternoon. While I really enjoyed my experience, I didn’t get the chance to do an in-depth review.
