If there’s one thing that most supercars and hypercars have in common is that they require a highly-skilled driver behind the wheel to handle their brute force – especially when steering at high speeds. While technology has definitely been used to improve traction control and handling in many modern vehicles, we wouldn’t want to suddenly jerk the wheel on most of these high-end rides at high speeds.

Beginning in 2014, professional drivers and privateer motorsport teams will have the ability to purchase a BMW M235i Racing edition coupe, which is based on BMW’s production car but is ready for successful entry-level racing.
