Like many of you, I’ve always assumed that Cameron’s dad’s prized car in Ferris Bueller’s Day Off was an actual Ferrari. In fact, it was a replica, made by Modena. Still, it’s a very cool looking car, and one lucky buyer just got their hands on one that actually appeared in the movie.

2017 Acura NSX VIN #001 Sells for $1.2 million
Acura sold the very first production NSX at the Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale auction this past the weekend. The special car is VIN #001 and it sold for big, big money. When the gavel fell on the auction, the car sold for $1.2 million – a massive premium over the $156,000 to $200,000 retail price.
