Looks are everything to so many people. When looking at cars, the aesthetics are what draw people in. I remember the first time I saw the BMW i8 Roadster. As journalists, we aren’t supposed to be so smitten and biased based simply on looks.

The BMW i8 is one of those cars I really want to love, but after having driven one, I can’t get much past “strong like.” It looks fantastic – heck, it’s concept car you can actually buy.

The BMW i8 is a rare car that you don’t see often as it is. For singer Austin Mahone owning a seldom seen $140,000 electric sports car apparently wasn’t enough. He took his i8 to a place called MetroWrapz in Hollywood, Florida to get some customization.

A company called Atieva is currently hard at work producing an electric delivery van called the Edna. While it’s not designed for racing, of course, the cool part about electric vehicles as we already know is that you get all the torque right at the start.

Now that it’s been on the market for a couple of years, word on the street is that BMW will be giving its i8 electric sports coupe more power and some visual refinements for the next model year.
