The breathtakingly beautiful Porsche 911 Targa and 911 Targa 4S were revealed at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show. The cars pay tribute to the 911 Targa’s lauded heritage which began back in 1965. The new models feature the distinctive Targa roof bar and movable roof section, but unlike the older Targas, the roof isn’t manually removed and stowed.

The 2014 Audi RS5 Cabriolet is a beautiful two-door convertible that takes the styling of the A5/S5 line in a more aggressive direction and puts a meaner, quicker drivetrain between the body and the road. The RS5’s lines are sure to turn heads on the road if the throaty exhaust hasn’t already caught a passerby’s attention, but the RS5 doesn’t flaunt its capabilities.

Just 50 of this Italian two-seater were ever made, so its no wonder this incredible piece of automotive history is expected to fetch between $7 million and $9 million when it hits the auction block this coming January.

An upgraded take on VW’s popular Golf, this European drop-top coupe edition has been outfitted with two-tone leather-trimmed sport seats, brushed aluminum trim, a stitched leather steering wheel cover, and Karmann-branded sill plates. It rides on 17-inch alloy wheels, and has chrome accents throughout.

While most of us have heard of the Jaguar XKR-S, the XCS Fusion Cobra isn’t quite as much of a household name – even in gearhead circles. But this modern-day tribute to the classic Shelby Cobra is an impressive little ride, sporting a Chevrolet LS3 V8 under the hood, boosted to 639bhp.

Ever wanted to get behind the wheel of a Bentley? They guys at Winding Road took a the 2013 Bentley Continental GTC V8 on a little test drive, and captured the whole thing with their driver-worn POV camera.

Outside the U.S., the Scion FR-S/Subaru BRZ is sold under the Toyota FT-86 badge. Originally spotted back in 2013, Toyota has unveiled an updated (or at least repainted) version of its convertible concept, based on the FT-86, and it’s a real looker.

For its Christmas 2013 catalog, Neiman Marcus partnered up with Aston Martin to create just ten of this extravagant Vanquish. For the most part, it’s like every other Vanquish, and that’s not a bad thing – with its 6.0-liter V12 engine, 565 horses, and 457 lb-ft.
