A group of researchers from Mississippi State University has taken a Subaru BRZ and turned it into a unique hybrid test bed. The car is dubbed the “Car of the Future” and is a plug-in hybrid that uses a battery pack with 12.7 kWh of power.

Scuttlebutt Suggests 100k Tesla Model 3 Reservations Possible
Tesla is set to kick off reservations for its much anticipated entry level Model 3 EV on March 31. According to reports from Tesla employees, many of the stores have taken inquiries from prospective customers, and early indications are that stores will have as many as 100 people lined up to reserve their Model 3, and estimates are ranging from 50,000 to 100,000 possible reservations right out of the gate.
