Toyota 86 to Get the Heart of a Ferrari 458 Italia
I know a company that has been working to stuff an LS V8 into a Subaru BRZ that died under boost. That’s a pretty cool swap, but it’s nothing compared to what is going on with this Toyota 86.

Ferrari LaFerrari Spider Breaks Cover, Already Sold Out

Ferrari LaFerrari Spider Breaks Cover, Already Sold Out
Ferrari has unveiled an open-top version of its LaFerrari hybrid hypercar. It’s beautiful and as you might expect with any limited edition Ferrari model, the car is already sold out. Normally I am of the opinion that a Ferrari only belongs in red or yellow, but I rather dig the black with red trim on the open air LaFerrari in these images.

Ferrari’s Latest One-Off Creation, The 458 MM Speciale
An anonymous, most likely very wealthy British Ferrari fan apparently thought the 458 Speciale could be, well, extra-speciale. So this fan commissioned the Italian automakers to build a custom one-off, the 458 MM Speciale. Designed in-house by the Ferrari Styling Center, the 458 MM Speciale took its first public spin on the Fiorano circuit with the prancing horse’s chief test driver Dario Benuzzi (and, I presume, the owner) taking the wheel.

Liberty Walk Body Kit Adds Japanese Style to Italian Exotic
I don’t typically go for body kits on cars; I think they mostly look cheap and tacky. That isn’t the case with the new body kit available for the now retired Ferrari 360 and F430 from a Japanese firm called LB Performance (better known as Liberty Walk).

Usually when car folks hear about something having to do with the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) it is related to them seizing someone’s imported dream car and crushing it. This time, however, the CBP has found a Ferrari 308 GTSi that was stolen 28 years ago and returned it to the rightful owner.

Life is Too Short for Boring Colors on a Supercar!

Life is Too Short for Boring Colors on a Supercar!
Many people, when they purchase their first Ferrari, opt for the red exterior color with the tan leather interior. Why? Because it’s a classic Ferrari color and it’s the color everyone wants. And since many Ferrari buyers don’t actually drive their cars, but look at them as investments, getting the most popular color makes sense.

Car Designer Dreams Up Rad Ferrari Le Mans Prototype

Car Designer Dreams Up Rad Ferrari Le Mans Prototype
Ferrari hasn’t raced at Le Mans since 1965. But that didn’t prevent California car designer Marcello Raeli from executing a stunning design for a future Ferrari Le Mans racer. The so-called Ferrari Piero T2 LM draws some of its design cues from the track exclusive hypercar Ferrari FXX K, but takes those hints to the extreme with massive sideskirts, protruding wheel wells, and a tripartite rear diffuser.
