Mercedes-Benz has unveiled a very odd little vehicle that is designed specifically for golfers to drive on the green. The car is called the Mercedes-Benz Style Edition Garia Golf Cart. The cart is a tie up between Mercedes-Benz Style, Daimler Business Innovation, and luxury golf cart manufacturer Garia.

Seeing factory built racecars is like getting a little glimpse into some of the best engineering minds in the world. The engineering that goes into making these cars incredibly fast and incredibly safe is very impressive.

I’ve always wanted to tool around the golf course in one of those custom carts you see from time to time. And if I had the money to spare, I’d go for one of these awesome carts from Caddyshack.

I’m traditionally a sports car kind of person. The problem is that I have two kids and a big dog that my daughter wants to take everywhere. We currently have a Nissan Juke that my wife couldn’t live without, and it’s very cramped inside.

I don’t know about you, but I really like to mess around on automaker websites when I am bored and build cars that I might like to own. Not too long ago I was building hot hatches at Ford and a few other places, but when I went to Volkswagen to build a GTI, I was irritated that they didn’t have a configurator.

I’ll admit when I think of European sports cars, Volkswagen isn’t a brand that comes to my mind. Despite that fact, VW does have some cool cars like the GTI and the Golf R. That Golf R is finally coming to the U.S.
