Technology continues to advance in the areas of solar power, smart roadways, autonomous vehicles, and electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles. One ambitious couple, Scott and Julie Brusaw, are hoping to bring many of those technologies together in the form of Solar Roadways, with the help of an Indiegogo campaign.

Genty Automobile is a French company that has designed what it hopes to be the world’s next hypercar, the Akylone, a car it wishes to the production market in the near future. To date, the care is only a concept with a 1/3 scale model completed.
