If you liked what you saw when the all-new 2016 Nissan Maxima debuted, you will be glad to hear this. Production of the 8th-generation Maxima has now kicked off at the company’s Smyrna, Tennessee factory. Nissan is hoping that the all-new car will reignite sales of the Maxima, which have languished over the last few years.

Nissan went official with the sexy new 2016 Maxima during the 2015 New York International Auto Show. The car is a massive improvement over the old Maxima and should prove much more popular than the outgoing model.
