From the base 911 Carrera to the 911 GT2 RS, the Porsche 911 has a lot of different forms, with a lot of different features. But if you’re in the market for a 911 that’s all about the purity of driving, the new 911 Carrera T could be just what the doctor ordered.

If I had a million dollars to spare, I’d strongly consider picking up a Porsche 911 GT2 RS, and then pay off my mortgage with the rest. But if I had $1.3 million to spare, I think I might have to go for this awesome specimen – a beautiful orange and black 1973 Porsche 911 Carrera RS, packing a 2.7-liter competition engine.

When you talk about the Porsche 911, it means so many different things to so many people. From its fun, yet humble origins in the 1960s, to today’s badass supercars like the 911 Turbo S and the bonkers 700 hp 911 GT2 RS, which just happens to have stolen the record for the fastest lap ever around the Nürburgring Nordschliefe in a production, street-legal car, turning in a time of just 6:47.25.

Fresh for the 2019 model year, the Porsche Cayenne Turbo looks like it could be the performance SUV to beat once again. Over its lifetime, the styling of the Cayenne has gotten cleaner and more modern, and the 2019 models continue to evolve their design in this direction.

Carbon fiber wheels have been around for a while, but until now, all of the wheels of the market have been pre-impregnated with resin, then molded into shape. Porsche has now developed the first ever production wheels to be created directly from braided carbon fiber.

During the latest Goodwood Festival of Speed, the driver behind the wheel of the 2018 911 GT2 RS tried some donuts and failed miserably. Donuts aren’t as easy to do as you might think. The failed smoky circles of black rubbery joy brought boos from the crowd.

We’ve talked about the Porsche 911 Turbo S Exclusive Series before. This is the fancy golden 911 with the black stripes, and lots of carbon fiber. In the photos we have seen, the gold color looks super shiny, and has a decidedly yellow sheen to it.

The 700 horsepower Porsche 911 GT2 RS is one incredible car and the want is so, so strong. The problem is that the car is seriously expensive as well, with a price tag around $300,000. I chose the wrong line of work to afford that much awesome.

It seems as if car companies are starting to look outside of the traditional auto show venues to make announcements. There were several big car companies on hand at CES for the last few years, and now Porsche turned up at E3 with a new car to show off.

The Porsche 911 Turbo S is already one of the most desirable sports cars on the road. With impeccable handling, iconic styling, and a brutish turbocharged version of Porsche’s venerable flat-six pushing it along, it’s one of the most fantastic vehicles I’ve ever had the pleasure of driving.
