Gurnade Veloster Concept Heads to SEMA, Ready for the Track

Hyundai has teamed up with automotive render and design house Gurnade to bring the Gurnade Veloster Concept to SEMA 2016. The car is much more focused on handling and track performance than raw power. It has modest engine upgrades with a cat back exhaust, ECU tune, cold air intake, and a blow off valve. Hyundai doesn’t say how much power the car makes.

The custom magenta exterior got lots of attention, with wide fender flares, a big rear spoiler, canards, side sills, a carbon fiber hood, and rides on 19″ gold 3-piece Rotiform wheels, wrapped in Toyo competition tires. It’s also been upgraded with NEO Motorsports coil-overs, and a 6-piston big brake kit.

The car has racing seats and harnesses inside, along with cool mods like glowing gauges, LED ambient lighting, and a beefy Creative Car-Tunes audio system. I always want to see these SEMA cars on the track to see how well the mods actually work.
