Behind the Scenes: Need for Speed Driving School

The upcoming Need for Speed movie probably won’t make it to Cannes, but it’ll certainly show off some amazing supercars (albeit mostly replicas) and incredible stunts. And although the set is probably filled with stunt drivers, the actors actually need to be able to perform some basic driving stunts on occasion.

These two clips take us behind the scenes at the stunt driving school. In the clip above, Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad) shows off his driving skills with some drifting and power slides and even seems to pull off a Rockford. Below, co-star Dominic Cooper (Captain America, Dead Man Down) seems to have a little more difficulty picking up the basics. Maybe it’s the left-hand drive car that’s throwing off the Englishman.
