2014 Lexus RC F GT500s Scream Around the Track

Lexus Racing shared a few photos and this incredible video of their new GT500 race cars. The 2014 Lexus RC F GT500s, took to the track for testing at the Okayama International Circuit in Japan. The cars have a turbocharged, direct-injected, 2.0-liter inline four-cylinder engine under the hood that puts out 500hp and it makes a hell of a noise going around the track.

What’s especially impressive about these new Super GT cars is that last year’s SC430-based entries had a 3.4L V8 and produced about the same amount of power.
