InstaCar: It’s Like Instagram, But For Your Car

Instagram is a service that’s been around for years, allowing individuals to share their photos quickly and easily with their social media contacts and even applying some simple filters to the photos to reflect the mood. Of course, Instagram can be used to share photos of pretty much anything, from selfies to pictures of cats to sweeping landscapes and, yes, even pictures of your car.

But what if you wanted a smartphone app that was dedicated to sharing pictures of your favorite cars? That’s where InstaCar comes in. Take a picture of your car (or any car, for that matter) and InstaCar let’s you add a custom skin, banner text, indicate the make and model of the car, and share it with the InstaCar community. It’s a bit of a niche concept if you ask me, but InstaCar is sharing their favorite images on their Facebook page and there are some really nice photos already.
