Sliding Through the Snow

The Monte-Carlo Rally is one of the biggest driving events of the year. The rally kicks off on January 19, 2015, so drivers have been preparing for the race for a while now. The guys over at Jalopnik’s Black Flag spotted this awesome, but short bit of driving footage, as 2013/2014 WRC world champ Sébastien Ogier tests out his VW Polo on some deliciously icy mountain roads.

As he oversteers through the corners, the little Polo goes completely sideways, offering a cheap thrill as the snow goes flying. Anyone with less skill would probably put the car into a ditch, but Ogier keeps his composure and makes it look easy.
