Dashing Through the Snow… in a 797 Horse Open Sleigh

Christmas is just around the corner, so the holiday commercials should be arriving any minute now. Dodge is getting into the holiday spirit already. Their new commercial “Upgrade” features pro wrestler Bill Goldberg as a buff Santa Claus in need of a new ride. So he and his elves turn a Challenger Hellcat Redeye into a sleigh.

Now this isn’t some CGI trickery. Dodge actually built this crazy thing, and will soon be sharing a series on social media soon that shows the design and build process. The sleigh ditches wheels for metal runners on each side, so the lack of wheels will likely make it hard to put the power to the ground from that 797 hp blown V8 engine. I like how the Hellcat emblems on the grille and sides of the car have antlers befitting the holiday.
